Embedded Code to Get Rid of Popup Ads

I have a Wordpress site that I use for my professional work. I use the
embedded code from YouTube using the API player you offer. There is no
option on preventing popup ads from showing up in my videos. It's
unprofessional for me to have those come up.
Can you provide embedded code to be added to the existing embedded code,
using iframe, to get rid of the pop up ads altogether?
Here is the code I got using your API player for one of my videos (I added
a space after the < Symbol in the code below so the code would be seen in
the text box below):

Also is there embedded code to specify the quality of the video to 720HD
so that it defaults to 720HD since I uploaded it in that format?
What and where do I add the code that prevents popup videos from being
added to my videos or video YouTube player? As well as code for default
720hd quality?
