Windows Phone 8 Emulator error: "Network Bridge: Detected a router that is
not DHCP compliant."
With a fresh install of Windows Phone 8 SDK and Hyper-V, I tried to deploy
a very simple project. The Emulator starts and shows the loading screen...
but after few minutes stucked on this it exists and Visual Studio shows a
deploy error.
On the Event Viewer, the only thing I have is this error from the
NetworkBridge:
Network Bridge: Detected a router that is not DHCP compliant. This can
cause connectivity issues on the machine. If the problem persists, please
replace the router or configure static IP addresses
What's that? Of course my (physical) router is a DHCP server, is that a
problem with virtual bridges? I can't find anything online about it.
